mistakes in setting up my account has me locked out as I have no way to obtain the 6-digit code

registered and set up password and received Secret Key Emergency Kit. (from my Windows pc). And turned on the 2-step authorization.
I set up/linked 1password with Duo on my iphone. Then tried to back out of linking to Duo by deleting the account for 1password in Duo.
Unable to reload in Duo or sign in to 1password as it is looking for that 6-digit code and I have no way of getting it out of 1password.
Sent email to 1password customer support but have not received a response in over 10 hours.
Not my finest move with these two apps but would really appreciate advice on how to start over with the whole thing!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your 1Password account. I see that one of my colleagues sent you an email earlier today, can you check your spam/junk folder to see if it might have landed there? I've also just sent you a new email as a followup, if you don't see it then please let me know.

    I did receive an email (at 3+am) and was still unable to access my account due to that 6-digit code requirement. However, I did try one suggestion to use a different browser. I couldn't get in but I was given a link to delete the 1password account altogether, which I did.

    Very frustrated that I couldn't talk to a support person and that it took over 10 hrs to receive a response from customer support.

    At this point, I'm not sure if I will use 1password at all.
