Sidebar ordering

Although I've been able to find topics about ordering categories/tags I've not found a topic similar to my question, so here goes :

Is it possible to place the sidebar items in a different order ? I would like the Vaults item to appear above the Categories (or Tags but I'm not using the latter).
I seem to remember that in older versions the Vaults would appear closer to the top. This is not a function I use too often but it makes more sense to me to first be able to sort by vault (to easily differentiate between personal / professional) instead of going by category first.

Related to this, the configured accounts in the sidebar don't show up in any reconfigurable order, and they're not in a logical order either. They're in neither "Added" nor "Alphabetical" order. e.g., I have one beginning with "C" and one with "D." The "D" is ordered higher in the sidebar even though it was added last.
