Hi,
something is no longer working. When I try to login with command+# I see on both browsers (Firefox + Chrome) I have to install the browser extension for browser fill out. No I deleted the extensions I tried to reinstall them. For that I clicked in 1Password app on the button for extension installation. That bring me to https://1password.com/downloads/mac/#browsers

I installed the plugins into firefox and also chrome. In both browser I saw a mask to login again with mail + secret key + master password. Than I closed the browser and started it again. 1Password app on desktop is open and the vault is unlocked.

But when I try on any website to login with command+# I see the same popup windows that I have to install the browser extension.

Also when I click on the 1Password Mini (in the right upper corner) I see the info I have to install the browser extension.

It seems there is something broken on your side?

Hey @Philipp I'm sorry for the trouble you're experiencing with this. I totally understand any frustration caused. We're here to help get things sorted. 🙂

It sounds like the browser extension and the desktop app aren't communicating correctly. Try these steps and see if it helps refresh things into a working state:

    1. Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar and click 'Settings'.
    2. Scroll down to "Integrate with 1Password app" at the end of General section and toggle it off.
    3. Scroll down to "Accounts & vaults".
    4. Sign out of your account and Sign in again.

After that, please give your computer a restart to ensure no pending process prevents 1Password from connecting with the browser. Once your computer turns back on, continue with the following:

    1. Open and sign into the 1Password desktop app.
    2. Then go ahead and re-open the web browser and turn on the "Integrate with 1Password app" option again.

I hope this helps! Let me know if things persist.

    Hello @paul.m_1p
    Thanks for your feedback.

-) I have no option for "Integrate with 1Password app"

But I have another issue again which I asked you some weeks ago.

After a restart of my Mac I can't open 1Password with the same issue message from the last time. When I delete 1Password and reinstall it, than all is working fine (also the browser extensions)
But after a new restart 1Passwort is broken again.
So at the moment it seems I have to delete and reinstall 1Password with every Mac restart.

That does not make me happy! I have you have a better solution for me. :)

In the meantime tried to delete and reinstall 1Password again, but also this workaround was working onetime only. No I see always the error massage from the other post.
