1pasword login for firefox extension issue

in 1Password in the Browser

Hello I am a windows user and i switched from edge to firefox. In edge i only entered windows hello pin to login but in firefox i have to enter password every time so is there a way to enable windows hello login with firefox? I downloaded the extension following the official link https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1password-x-password-manager/?src=search .

    You can install the Windows App and connect it with the Extension in the Browser.
    So that you don't must your Password everytime when you close the Browser.

    If you were able to use Windows Hello to unlock the browser extension in Edge, that tells me things should be set up right to do the same with Firefox. It's possible that the extension in Firefox is having some trouble communicating with the desktop app. First, I'd double check this setting is turned on in the Firefox extension:

    1. Right click the 1Password icon in the browser's toolbar and select 'Settings'.
    2. Scroll down to the bottom of the General section and look for the 'Integrate with 1Password app' setting, and make sure it is On.

    If the setting is already on, give these steps a try to refresh the connection between the browser extension and the desktop app:

    1. Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar and click 'Settings'.
    2. Scroll down to "Integrate with 1Password app" at the end of General section and toggle it off.
    3. Scroll down to "Accounts & vaults" at the bottom of Settings.
    4. Sign out of your account and Sign in again.

    After that, please give your computer a restart to ensure no pending process prevents 1Password from connecting with the browser. Once your computer turns back on, continue with the following:

    1. Open and sign into the 1Password desktop app.
    2. Then go ahead and re-open Firefox and turn on the "Integrate with 1Password app" option again.
