Make settings description text more legible

Hey team, overall I'm loving the 1PW 8 Early Access. My main piece of feedback so far, is to make the settings' description text more legible.

Dark mode
The text is very small and very low contrast 😔

Light mode
This is a little better, but still difficult to read.

135% zoom via iOS Control Center
This is more in line with the size I would expect.

1Password Version: 8.7.0
