Why did I fail to subscribe even though I have paid successfully?
Half a month ago, I subscribed to the membership service through IOS system. At that time, I did not notice that the subscription status was still frozen. Today, WHEN I opened the software again, I found that I had not subscribed successfully, but the bill showed that I had paid successfully. How should I solve the problem now?

@evianqiu I would also recommend switching to billing directly through 1PW, a lot easier to get billing issues sorted.
