Can't authenticate with Duo from Mac app

Hi there,
I am using 1Password on an up-to-date Mac and our account is integrated with Duo for 2FA. When I use the application, I keep getting a dialog box that says the 1Password wants to authenticate with DuoSecurity, but I do not get a push notification on my iPhone, like I have in the past. I have tried switching on an off airplane mode on my phone, but that does not help. Meanwhile, my Mac account will not sync with 1Password in the cloud.

Please help.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble with the lack of Duo push notifications on your phone.
