How To Move Item From "All Items" To A New Category
I did read a link on this, but when I looked in edit I didn't see a spot to define new categories or show the category the item is currently in.
Is there an api to write custom sql lite inquiries?

Great question! "All Items" contains all your items, across all your categories, and as such isn't really a "category" to move items in or out of.
There isn't an SQL interface, but 1Password CLI might be similar to what you're looking for: Get started with 1Password CLI 1 Developer Documentation
