Conflict with Mac iCloud passwords still exists
In Safari preferences, I need to turn OFF AutoFill usernames and passwords so 1Password and the Safari built in tools don't conflict (dialogs on top of each other). This has been a persistent problem, and I was hopeful 1Password 8 for Mac would do something to solve this. You say you can't fix it, but isn't there a way to get 1Password to offer its suggestions somewhere else within Safari so both 1Password and iCloud password management don't conflict? Please!!! I was hoping this would be fixed by now.

I can certainly understand where you're coming from. Everyone has their own workflow, and we try our best to respect that. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We do have an internal feature request aimed at allowing to relocate prompts from 1Password so it can play a bit nicer with those built-in autofill managers. I'm happy to add your voice (and vote) in its support in favour of assessment for a future update of 1Password.
I'm sorry that I can't share any concrete news on this front at this time, but we sincerely appreciate your continued feedback and support. 🙂
