I'm just curious as to which of those discussion areas I should use.

    Hi,

    Yes, we'll be getting rid of that area soon. We're currently working on some things first before we can do that.

    This forum is the best for public community involvement while private 1-1 support can go to our support email at support@agilebits.com.

    It shouldn't even be possible to create a new discussion at support.agilebits.com. Please let me know the URL you ate using if you have found a way to do so. We need to get that fixed if you have found such a URL. :)
