1Password automatically in editing mode for a random login every time opened

I'm on 1Password8. Every time I unlock 1P, it is editing a random login that I did not perform before.
Does anyone have the same problem with me?

    Hey @6awfpa3i, I'm really sorry you're running into an issue with 1Password! This isn't something I've come across before - is it always the same item that opens in edit mode when you return to 1Password? It's possible that 1Password believes that item has a draft and is not properly "saving" or dropping that draft after you've dismissed the edit window - this is just my theory at the moment, but let's dig in and see what we can sort out.

    To get things back up and running, let's continue this conversation over email. Please (1) reproduce the issue, and then (2) generate a diagnostics report from 1Password: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/

    Once you've got that diagnostics report, please attach it in a reply to support+mac@1password.com.

    After you email in, you should receive a Conversation ID that looks like this: [#ABC-12345-678]. Please paste that here, and I'll use it to track your email down from my end.
