New login detected and cooperation with 3rd party apps

Hello,
I switched to 1P 8 Beta and following two features I'm still missing from V7:

  • If I login to a new website v7 detected this case and suggested to save it into my vault. I tried it more often with v8, but the new release never offered me such option.
  • V7 worked fine with my LaunchBar. I entered a login name into LaunchBar and it was done. For v8 I haven't found any option the give 3rd party apps access. Instead I have to use Shift+command+space to get also something like a LaunchBar but from 1Password. I prefer to have all into one system. How can I activate LaunchBar support again?

    I would suggest contacting Launchbar support. They may have a something available as far as testing goes. They may need testers if they have something in the works. Several folks have been asking about this and we have directed them over. There is no 3rd party integration to enable in 1Password 8. Alfred for example has made use of a new workflow on their end. I would expect Launchbar would do something similar.

    The auto saving option is not present. However, 1Password will save a long as you create an item. I have taken the liberty of adding your voice to our tracker of those who would like to see this ability return.
