extension not filling inputs.

After upgrading to 8, 1PW no longer fills in my credentials when I click on the icon in an input field. See attached. Normally clicking on the 1PW logo icon, reveals an option to fill username and pass. That no longer happens. This is on every site, not just the one I’ve screenshot.

  • I’ve installed and reinstalled the extension
  • Did a fresh install of version 8

    I have the same problem with my Safari extension, any feedback from team?

    Checking for an update here. Attached is a link to a video of the behavior on this very website.

    1. Click 1PW icon to unlock → Touch ID to authenticate
    2. Click to fill credentials → nothing happens.

    Thanks for letting us know about this. Just as a quick first step, if you fully quit Safari and re-open it, does that improve your state of play? Let me know, and I'll be able to dig in further with both of you.

    Support got back to me with a request. The following solved the issue.

    Right-click the 1Password icon in your macOS menu bar and choose Quit.
    Quit Safari.
    Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
    Open Safari, and test to see if 1Password is working there..
