how does one get helps mean im really trying to like the product and I dont mind paying but really need some help, my last person who contacted me just said I see your involved in conversation,,well no ,,I have no conversations of help..

    I just need to understand why the icon on my iPad dock does not sync with the safari extension on my iPad ,,im confused as to if the icon dock might not be version 8 and the safari extension is the new update ,..all this switching over has got me confused..I dont mind paying your new subscription fee..but I do need help

    its a joke ,no one responds by email ,your app for iPad and iPhone dont work with Mac os,if they do you cant get answers..I cant continue with a compony that does business like this thanks for everything but im cancelling
