Issue with 1Password Frozen Account
Hi! I purchased 1Password over 10 years ago. Since I didn’t have a membership I didn’t create a Secret Key. I have been using facial recognition until I ran into a problem. I tried to login while using a visor and facial recognition failed a few times, so prompted me to enter the password, which I mistyped and now the account is frozen and requesting my email, secret key and password. Is there a way around it so I don’t have to enter the secret key? Thanks!!
