The Australian Medicare number comes up as VISA. Perhaps a national healthcare card option be added. Most countries have a national or universal healthcare number. Perhaps such a category could be added. Australia and New Zealand have Medicare.

Are you using a Credit Card item type? Are you saying that it shows up as a VISA within 1Password? Please do not reveal personal data here. A screenshot may help me understand.

Hi Ag - 1Password recognises my Medicare number as a credit card and automatically inserts the VISA logo.

It looks like you are using the credit card item type. Have you thought about using another category? I use the Social Security option myself and membership also comes to mind.
You could possibly make this work if you create a new item and do not select the card type during creation. Typically, you'll not see the word Visa if it has not been selected at some point. At least in my testing. I don't have a AU Medicaid number to try. So I'll need to rely on your feedback to see if this works for you.
