1P 8 - Duplicating an item, duplicates it with same `created` time data
Duplicating an item in 1Password 8 creates a new record but has the exact same created at timestamp. So users who sort their password list by Sorted By don't have that password appear at the top of the list. If I am not mistaken this behavior was different in 1P 7 and in my opinion current behavior is not logical. Every password record should have their own created timestamp.
Also duplicating an item, creates the new item with exact same name (no 'copy' string appended to the name) making it confusing to the user on which is the duplicate and which is not... but probably with current behavior they are exactly the same :/

Yep, the behavior changed, and I, too, find it illogical. But it's apparently intended behavior and is unlikely to change. See this thread:
