I want a money refund after cancelling a subscription

Hello, i already have a ticket [#JLY-61735-817], but nobody answer me 2 days long. So i decided to write here also, as Ixquel (support) ignoring me

    I'm so sorry that there's been a delay in responding. It looks like you might have sent multiple emails which would have moved your ticket to the back of the queue each time since we respond to emails sorted by the time of last reply.
