Is this the official support mechanism?
Clicking "Feedback and Support" in the app takes me here. Is that right, this is how you get support? I'm just a bit surprised. For a paid product, support through a public forum seems a bit unprofessional.

OK, is it a bug that there's no link to the "Contact" page in 1Password's Help menu? I would expect to see it there.

As far as I'm aware, there is nothing in our design specs about including a link to the contact page in the help menu. I'm happy to share the thought with the team, though. 👍🏻
