New item
Hi! When I click the create a new item button, the new item window is shown and a text is already written in the title field (e.g. new "Dados de acesso" and "Dados de acesso" is already written in the title field):
In order to write the title, I have to delete the text first.
I think it is an unnecessary step and makes the experience a bit tedious.
And as soon as the text is deleted the title field is show as, I think, it should be in the first place (with a text that is not editable but just a hint to what to write there):
I hope I was clear! Regards!

I can see that path. I can see the other side of the coin where folks forget to name an item and want us to do this for them. What would happen if you forgot to name a few items? You, as in the user, not you specifically. Confusion on what belongs where might happen. True, you can hopefully see the URL, which could cause extra work but it would answer that question. This is an interesting question for sure. Thanks for bringing it up.
Thinking out loud here, what about the naming suggestion (lighter text maybe as a hint), and then if the user does not change it, it becomes part of the save, and then they can always go back and edit it if desired? This approach would leave the item ready for you to type a title and cover users who like the current implementation. Best of both worlds, if you will.
Does this sound like something that might work for you? If so, I can pass it on to the team.
- I have no clue if my suggestion is possible. Only a hypothetical scenario on my part. I'll let those crafty developers do the heavy thinking.

Both worlds, as you suggested, is a great approach.
MacOS is prompting for username. Maybe an alternative for title? Although I see this kind of interface is not so common to see in 1Password.
Anyway, thank you for considering the suggestion. I make a new item directly from the app regularly.
Regards!
