Presently, item history shows you what a previous version of the item looked like, but doesn't show you exactly what changed, for example a strikethrough on a particular line colored in red next to another line colored in green, or something like that. It's up to the user to figure out what all the differences are, and this is a problem. If I change the address multiple times, for example, I can see the item history showing what it was on a particular date, but then I have to keep going through each one to find out what it was next changed to, etc. There needs to be a true differential feature if you're going to provide item history at all.
