1Password in Tray kills the Application Menu

I have noticed that when I set in the preferences "Keep 1Password in the System Tray" it stops the Application Menu of my system from working. If you rt click on the Application Menu you get the popup menu for 1Password instead. When I uncheck the setting in the 1Password Prefs the behavior corrects itself and the Application Menu starts working as normal.

Possible bug?
