Can't invoke Quick Access when 1P icon is not in menu bar and main 1Password is not running

In the previous version, there were separate settings for 1Password mini running in the background and the menu bar icon being visible.

Now there is only a single setting and disabling it means that I can't use Quick Access when the main 1Password app is not running.

To summarize, these are the steps to reproduce:

• Uncheck 'Keep 1Password in the menu bar' in Preferences
• Quit 1Password
• Quick Access is not available

What I would like instead:
To preserve the behavior from version 7 where you could access 1P mini even without a menu bar icon (and main 1P not running).

Thanks for your feedback on this. While I can't promise anything, I'll share your thoughts with the team. In the meantime, leaving 1Password in your menu bar would allow you to use Quick Access when the main 1Password app isn't running.
