BlockFi logins and other sites where 1Password doesn't work well

https://app.blockfi.com/signin

That's the web site that I log into a couple of times a week. Regardless of whether or not the 1Password browser extension in Edge is unlocked, it never auto-fills my email address. Once I put in my email address, it proceeds to the next step and works well putting in my password and OTP.

I've checked the entry I have for BlockFi and https://app.blockfi.com/signin is listed as the URL

This isn't the only site I use with this problem, but I'm wondering if solve it for this one I can solve it for the others.

Extension Version: 2.3.3
OS Version: macOS 12.4

    Hey @jasondunn! I do see that you've written in to us about this via a ticket, and we have reported the issue to our developers. I will try following up with our developers this week or next to see if I can get an update for you.
