What means "Quit 1Password Completely"?

I have 1Password 7.9.5 running in macOS Monterey 12.4.

In the 1Password 7 menu bar I find "Quit 1Password" with the obvious meaning and "Quit 1Password Completely" whose meaning I don't understand.

The 1Password for Mac app has multiple components: the main 1Password app and the 1Password extension helper. Even when you close the main 1Password app (this is the "Quit 1Password" option) the 1Password extension helper continues to run in the background so that 1Password in the browser can continue to function.

In some rare cases (for example if you're having trouble updating 1Password) it's necessary to completely close both the main 1Password app and the 1Password extension helper and that's when you would use "Quit 1Password Completely".
