Safari extension slow as a wet week

1Password 7 was snappy and responsive.

1Password 8 takes forever to fill in my user names and passwords.

Please help improve the performance.

    Hi @hamishb, I'm sorry to learn that the app isn't performing responsively for you. In our testing, we've typically seen 1Password 8 outperform 1Password 7's performance, so I'll definitely be interested to learn more about what's going on here.

    If you're up for it, I'd welcome you to send us a diagnostics report, which we can use to start the investigation.

    You can generate the diagnostics file by opening the 1Password for Mac app, then 1Password > Preferences > Advanced > Send Diagnostics. Attach that file to an email to us at support@1Password.com and we'll get started.

    Again, we want to make sure that performance is up to par for you - so we'll be happy to check this out.
