Collection and disclosure of user's personal information
Hello,
I need some information regarding the following part of the Privacy Policy:
"We may collect and possibly share your information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Our terms and conditions posted on Our Websites, or as otherwise required by law."
Regarding information required by law enforcement agencies, it is clear from the policy that you would share data like server logs, billing information, client IP addresses, number of vaults and number of items in vaults, email addresses and encrypted data.
But, could you please be transparent on what kind of other information can be collected in order to investigate or take action regarding violations of Your terms and conditions or when required by law or by law enforcement authorities? For example, would you secretly stop encrypting the Secure Data of a specific user? Is there a transparency report describing how often this disclosure of personal information is made?
Best regards.

Hi @front, thanks for your message. I wanted to send along a couple resources.
We do have a guide on this topic which can be found here: Password manager - for law enforcement
Please also take a look at our Legal Center, where you may find some other useful information.
I hope this helps and have a great day!
