Watch side button authenticating 1Password opens Apple Pay instead

When using Apple Watch to authenticate 1Password requests, double-clicking opens Apple Pay. I then have to try again, sometimes two or three times.

1Password Version: 7 and 8.7.1
Extension Version: 2.3.5
OS Version: 12.4
