Long time user recently upgraded to membership, missing logins

I was recently "persuaded" to upgrade to a membership after losing the ability to use the chrome extension with my legacy account. After following the steps to get for 1password 6 to 7 then 8, I have discovered a number of completely missing logins (login is gone, NOT just the password) on my mac and chrome extension. I still see these missing logins on my phone app.

I downloaded backups from today that should contain all these missing logins, but I'm having trouble finding a support article that describes my problem (completely missing logins). I sent a diagnostic report via email earlier today.

Anything else I can try while waiting to hear back from support? Thx
