Can I delete the Dropbox folders?

I recently upgraded from a purchased standalone account to a Families account. The old application used Dropbox to hold the passwords and allow syncing between devices. Do I still need those folders? I don't want to delete anything important!! I have renamed them and so far have not felt any ill effects.

    Hi Robin!

    If you can sign in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com and verify all your items are there as expected, then the folders in Dropbox are no longer storing your current 1Password items and can safely be deleted. 🙂

    Thanks! I verified I could log in from all of the "converted" devices, so I guess I'm good.
