Legacy browser extension stopped working?

Ever since I upgraded to 1Password 8, the legacy chrome extension fails to find the app.
Is it deprecated? Should I switch to the online browser extension?

The classic extension hasn't been updated in many years and it doesn't work with 1Password 8. I recommend that you use the modern 1Password in the browser experience going forward: Get started with 1Password in your browser
