A diagnostic report from your 1Password for Mac app on that device. You can get this by selecting in your menu bar: 1Password > Preferences and then Advanced > Send Diagnostics.
That will generate a diagnostics file. Attach that to your message to us, and we'll go through the data and let you know what turns up. We'll look forward to helping you get up and running!
