All accounts locked after 80800156 release update

After updating, there is a period of time that my secondary accounts (20) that were previously unlocked are not listed under the Accounts menu, but are listed but locked in the left column. They require that I unlock them when I click on them to view items. I am able to unlock them individually. Then sometime later (it happened this morning sometime, and I installed the latest beta the day it was released), all the secondary accounts appear to be unlocked (I had only unlocked 5 or 6 myself), and appear in the Accounts menu. This behavior happened with the previous beta update/release as well.
