Family member with new computer and upgrade to version 8 can't log in.
Her password was being rejected. I went through the recovery process three times to create a new key and password for her. Every time the system said the key/password were incorrect even thought I know they were exactly the same as the Emergency Kit. The problem is with the Mac, iPhone, and Safari. All are at the most recent version.
