Family member invited... Problems seeing Shared Vault

Hi - I am the main 1password Families account holder, but on another family Android device, they cannot see the "Shared" vault I added them to on their android 1password app. It shows up on the web browser 1password account screen when they log in, just not in the app. The app is updated, has been restarted and logged out/in again.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

    Would you believe it, the app finally refreshed it's data after an hour and it showed up 🤷‍♂️
