CMD+\ does not just do autofill, brings up the Quick Access window

It used to be that if you pressed CMD+\ when in a browser, it would autofill if there was a password input on the page in focus. Now, it either autofills and brings up the Quick Access window, or it doesn't autofill at all, but still brings up the QA window (on this site, as an example). This has regressed since the last few weeks, as it had been fixed in a beta build prior to this.
