Chrome extension steals focus every time I unlock it (Windows)

Whenever I unlock my 1Password, it tells me the session for my work account has expired and that I need to log in again. It opens two tabs pointing to the page in the screenshot. Considering that the desktop app already gives me a big red notice at the bottom saying that changes will not be saved until I log in again, can I configure it to not also mess with my browser?
