2 Factor Authentication is out of sync across devices.

I'm attempting to login to one of my accounts that I have 2FA enabled for. When I autofill using my MacBook Pro or Mac Studio, I get an error for the 2FA code. However, when I manually enter the code that's been generated on my iPhone, the 2FA code is accepted. I've been using 2FA on this account and with these devices (not the Mac Studio, it's a few months new) for years, and now it's not working.

The time on all of the devices is set to automatic, and the timezone is correct. Checking https://time.is, the time is exact on all devices.

How do I resolve this syncing issue?
MacBook Pro is running v8.7.3 [upgraded from v7.9.5 last night), Mac Studio is running v.7.9.5, and iPhone is v7.9.6.

    Well done with that troubleshooting. I would recommend restarting the devices for good measure. I just checked a few of my accounts and the TOTP's are displayed and entered correctly when filling. I wonder if there is a communication issue between the app and the browser. That restart may help in that regard.

    @ag_tommy, I'd previously restarted everything, in the hopes that would resolve the issue. But alas, it didn't.

    Just to rule out the obvious, are both devices showing the same one-time passwords in sync with each other? Additionally, are there multiple one-time password fields in the item?
