Change from individual to family subscription through iOS

Hi!

I'm a 1Password user and I made my individual subscription through iOS.

Now I want to switch to family subscription, but I can't find this option anymore. Is it no longer offered?

For me, the subscription through iOS is cheaper than the 1Password website itself due to currency conversion and taxes.
