Does removing a local vault also remove the cloud data?

This is a bit confusing, so bear with me.
- I have a system A that used to run 1Password6. It has a local vault "AV" *which is probably not important for this discussion).
- I have a separate system B that also used to run 1Password6. It had a local vault "BV"
- A couple years ago, I copied the BV opvault file from B to A so I could reference the BV passwords read-only. Let's call the copied vault BV2
- Since then, both systems have been upgraded to 1Password 7.
- B now syncs it's read-write BV with the cloud.
- I now want system A to also use BV read-write, so I synced BV to System A
- I now have two BV vaults on A:
- The old copied BV2 is in the section labeled "On this PC".
- The new BV is separate and has a small blue flag label.
- On system A, changes to entries in BV2 do not change BV and vice versa. So I think these are totally separate.
- I want to get rid of BV2 on system A but I am afraid to do so because I don't want to lose the data in BV.
I tried moving the BV2 opvault file and it's backup file, but BV2 still shows up in the 1Password list of vaults. How can I be sure not to mess up BV and get rid of BV2 that is "On this PC"?
