Customize Browser/Link/Uri experience

It would be really cool and helpful if we can customize the experience for URIs in the following way:
- configure which browser will be used
- configure if an entry should open in a private window/tab of the browser
- configure the application for an uri protocol (e.g. http/https/file/...)
