Credit card info does not populate correctly

I updated my new credit card information in the Credit Card category, but the old information continues to populate when I want to use it online. How can I correct this?

1Password Version: 1Password 7
Extension Version: 7.9.5
OS Version: macOS Monterey 12.3.1
Browser:_ Safari
Referrer: forum-search:credit card information not populating correctly. Updated the information, but old info still populates

    @legrabo ,

    Is it possible that you’ve saved the old card in iCloud Keychain and you have Safari enabled for credit card form-filling?
