I want to indicate in 1PW that 2FA has been enabled without using the built-in feature.

Hi there, I appreciate that 1PW comes with a built-in 2FA feature. However, I prefer using a third party solution (via Authy) for security reasons. I would therefore really like to have the option that when 1PW nudges me to enable 2FA I can say yes it has been enabled (but via 3P). That way it does not show up in the overview of items that are currently not having 2FA enabled.

1Password Version: 8.8.0

  • Hi @mark24332:

Great question! While there isn't any way of ignoring every single two-factor authentication banner ahead of time, choosing the Ignore button in the Watchtower banner on an item will hide that item from Watchtower, and you'll no longer be prompted to set up your two-factor authentication for it in 1Password.

Let me know how you get on with that!
