Two accounts - easy sharing in one direction only

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

I have two accounts, a personal one and a work one. I want all my personal passwords to be available in my work account but not the other way around. Is there any easy way of doing this without having to create a new shared vault and adding one by one?
