I'm unable to link related documents

I created a passport item and filled in the details and then i created a document with scan of passport. i want to link the two together, but there's no option to do that anywhere in my vault. i am editing the passport item and there's no option at all to add related item. can someone help me out how to do this?

i am working on my Windows PC, but I don't see this option even when i look at the passport item on my iphone ios (latest version)
