Are you referring to the Quicken desktop app, or Quicken in your browser?
Depending on which version of 1Password you're using, and what operating system you're using, 1Password can recognize and fill in desktop apps, but it doesn't currently offer to save logins. Let me know some details about which operating system you're on as well as what version of 1Password, and I can take a closer look!
