Someone snuck a picture of their dog into the icon cache
When I save an entry in 1Password for mychart.prohealthcare.org, the icon cache is serving up a picture of someone's dog.
Really.

I've filed an internal issue to see if we can sort this out. While the dog may be cute, I can definitely see how it would be preferable to have ProHealth Care's logo there instead. 🙂

Thank you, Jack. Seeing this led me to learn that 1Password isn't using favicons but a separate store of images. Learn something every day, I guess.
