Enhancement Request: Auto detection and prescription of browser extension

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

We should auto-detect the browsers installed on the machine. Then we should auto detect the extension install for 1PW - yes/no and whether those are latest or no.

Then we should prescribe on following screen to install exact plugins or updates.
