DUO - "Unable to add new account ClientError: Unable to sign in with available MFA options."

    Finally an explanation, It was DUO all along! Thankyou for this we finally have Extension functionality restored, it has been driving us insane for months.

    Windows users here.
    For us I found the following in the extension logs via "Inspect views background/background.html" link in extension menu.
    "Unable to add new account ClientError: Unable to sign in with available MFA options."#

    Disabling DUO authentication immediately resolved the issue, obviously this cannot remain disabled.

    Is there any ETA on when the underlying issue here is due to be fixed?
    The prompted upgrade to v8 trigged this in several instances, so this is now unavoidable for many others.

    Regarding the issue you're experiencing, please try logging out of your 1Password account after disabling DUO. Then log back in and re-enable DUO.
