I made upgrade to versione 8 on my Iphone + Ipad. Phone works Ipad blocked

Once installed the upgrade my Ipad will not let me open the app. it says it has been frozen and they say I must pay but I have already paid!

    They say this upgrade should be simpler but it is not simple at all

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your iPad. It sounds to me like you may have two separate 1Password accounts, but only need/want one. So we can get a better understanding of what is going on, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from each your iPhone and your iPad:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com (change the To: address from the default support@1password.com)

    I have one account with my name as well as family . I am really having a difficult time because I can not read my passwords! They say account is frozen. I have sent the diagnostic report to the default address because the other you recommended doesn’t work

    Is there some way to be contacted by phone?, Can you please explain how to read the passwords that are memorized!
    Before you just had to click and reveal. now that doesn’t work! Now it sys it has been copied?!?!
    If you have an operator that speaks in italian it would be even better but we can handle english as well.
